Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to support K-12 students in a school district near Aurora, IL. The role emphasizes communication, language, and social development, with collaboration among educators and families to drive meaningful progress.

You will assess, diagnose, and treat students on a varied caseload from elementary through high school, participate in IEP meetings, and contribute to multidisciplinary teams within a supportive administrative structure.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech and Communication Disorders (required).
• Current IL SLP-CCC license.
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based settings.
• Ability to provide services across the full K-12 spectrum (elementary–high school).
• Open to CFY or established experience.

Responsabilités

• Deliver speech-language pathology services for a varied K-12 caseload.
• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with communication disorders.
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to maximize student success.
• Monitor and document student progress with regular updates and recommendations.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams as needed.
• Support district-wide speech and language initiatives.
