Time To Teach is seeking experienced K-12 educators to deliver classroom management and student engagement training nationwide. This remote-friendly independent contractor role offers flexibility, no quotas, and ready-to-use materials.

You will present, coach, and lead adult learners, drawing on decades of proven content. A bachelor’s degree in education is required, and trainers complete a virtual 3-day certification before delivering events.

Qualifications

• Current or retired K-12 teacher, instructional coach, administrator, or educator consultant.
• Strong presentation and coaching skills for adult learners.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in education or related field.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfort with remote-friendly, flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Deliver research-based professional development to teachers nationwide.
• Provide classroom management and student engagement strategies for in-person and remote settings.
• Represent Time To Teach with professionalism, personality, and passion.
• Complete Time To Teach trainer certification and ongoing learning.
