Qualifications

• Current or retired K-12 teacher, instructional coach, administrator, principal, professor, counselor, or education consultant.
• Love presenting, coaching, or leading adult learners in front of a room.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in education or a related field.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Flexible work fitting around a full-time job or retirement.

Responsibilities

• Lead research-based professional development that teachers can use immediately.
• Help schools strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement with long-refined strategies.
• Serve public, private, and charter schools nationwide with real-world experience.
• Represent Time To Teach with professionalism and passion for educators.
