Job summary

Time To Teach is expanding its national trainer network to deliver classroom management and student engagement training for K-12 educators. This is a flexible, remote-friendly independent contractor role with no quotas and ready-to-use materials.

Trainers bring classroom credibility; Time To Teach provides certification, delivery-ready content, and a supportive community. Ideal candidates are current or retired K-12 educators who love presenting and coaching adult learners.

Qualifications

• Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in education or a related field.
• Are self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Want work that fits your life (many of our trainers keep their full-time positions).
• Are a current or retired K-12 teacher, instructional coach, administrator, principal, professor, counselor, or education consultant.

Responsibilities

• Deliver research-based professional development that teachers can use Monday morning, not someday.
• Help schools and districts strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement with strategies refined over 30+ years.
• Serve public, private, and charter schools nationwide, drawing on your own real-world experience.
• Represent Time To Teach with the three P's we look for: personality, professionalism, and passion for the educators you serve.
