Job summary

Time To Teach is growing our national team of trainers and we are looking for experienced K-12 educators to deliver the classroom management and student engagement training refined since 1993. More than 400,000 educators in all 50 states have been through this training, with content that traces its roots to the work of Dr. Madeline Hunter and Coach John Wooden at UCLA.

The materials are proven. The content is done. What we need is the right person standing in front of the room.

Qualifications

• Current or retired K-12 teacher, instructional coach, administrator, principal, professor, counselor, or education consultant.
• Strong presentation, coaching, or leading adult learners.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in education or related field.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Willing to work flexibly alongside a full-time job.

Responsibilities

• Deliver research-based professional development that teachers can use Monday morning.
• Help schools and districts strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement.
• Serve public, private, and charter schools nationwide, drawing on real-world experience.
• Represent Time To Teach with personality, professionalism, and passion.
