Job summary

Time To Teach is growing our national team of trainers, and we are looking for experienced K-12 educators to deliver the classroom management and student engagement training we have been refining since 1993. More than 400,000 educators in all 50 states have been through this training, with content that traces its roots to the work of Dr. Madeline Hunter and Coach John Wooden at UCLA.

The materials are proven. The content is done. What we need is the right person standing in front of the room.

Qualifications

• You might be a great fit if you are a current or retired K-12 teacher, instructional coach, administrator, principal, professor, counselor, or education consultant
• You hold a bachelor's degree or higher in education or a related field
• You are self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• You want work that fits your life (many of our trainers keep their full-time positions)

Responsibilities

• Deliver research-based professional development that teachers can use Monday morning, not someday
• Help schools and districts strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement with strategies refined over 30+ years
• Serve public, private, and charter schools nationwide, drawing on your own real-world experience
• Represent Time To Teach with the three P's we look for: personality, professionalism, and passion for the educators you serve
