Job summary

Time To Teach is seeking experienced K-12 educators to deliver classroom management and student engagement training. This flexible, remote-friendly independent contractor role fits around a full-time job or retirement, with no quotas and ready-to-deliver materials.

You will deliver PD to schools nationwide, drawing on decades of practice and the Time To Teach certification process. Compensation is per event, with a supportive community and no minimums.

Qualifications

• Current or retired K-12 teacher, instructional coach, administrator, principal, professor, counselor, or education consultant.
• Enjoy presenting, coaching, or leading adult learners in front of a room.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in education or a related field.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Many trainers maintain their full-time positions while adding trainer work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver research-based professional development that teachers can use Monday morning.
• Strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement with long-standing strategies.
• Serve public, private, and charter schools nationwide using real-world experience.
• Represent Time To Teach with personality, professionalism, and passion.
