Job summary

Time To Teach seeks experienced educators to join our national trainer network as independent contractors. Deliver ready-to-use, evidence-based professional development to K-12 teachers nationwide, drawing on real classroom experience.

You’ll train, coach, and engage adult learners with no curriculum to write and no quotas. Trainers receive certification, complete materials, and join a supportive community.

Qualifications

• Current or retired K-12 teacher, instructional coach, administrator, principal, professor, counselor, or education consultant.
• Strong presentation, training, coaching skills with classroom experience.
• Ability to work independently as a contractor and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, research-based professional development that gets rave reviews from teachers.
• Help educators strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement.
• Draw on real-world experience to support schools and districts nationwide.
• Represent Time To Teach with personality, professionalism, and passion.
