Job summary

Kaleidoscope Education Solutions, Inc. is seeking a K-12 Occupational Therapist in Chicago, IL to evaluate students and develop individualized therapy plans.

This role focuses on helping students improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living tasks within a school setting. The ideal candidate holds a Master's in OT, a valid Illinois OT license with school-based certification, and prior experience in education.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations to determine students' functional abilities and develop individualized therapy plans.

• Work with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success in the classroom.
• Keep accurate records of evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and compliance reports.
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing input on accommodations and modifications for student success.
