Job summary

Unlimited Instruction, LLC is seeking dynamic face-to-face teachers for the 2026-2027 school year in Virginia. You will create a safe, engaging learning environment for K-12 students under the direction of UI and the school district.

You will develop lessons aligned with standards, assess student progress, manage classrooms, and collaborate with staff to support student achievement. A bachelor’s degree in education and active teaching credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Math, Science, Social Science or related field.
• Content Knowledge standards for provisional teaching license; valid K-12 certification preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a K-12 setting.
• Strong understanding of child development and elementary education best practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Passion for teaching and fostering a love of learning in students.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with curricula and standards.
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment encouraging active learning.
• Use diverse teaching methods to meet diverse student needs.
• Integrate technology and innovative tools to enhance learning.
• Conduct regular assessments and provide feedback on progress and behavior.
• Establish and enforce clear classroom rules for a safe learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues, including assistants and administration, on student development.
• Attend evening virtual ILC meetings and complete UI program records.
