Job summary

Unlimited Instruction, LLC seeks dynamic face-to-face teachers for the 2026-2027 school year to support K-12 students in North Carolina. You will create an engaging, safe learning environment under UI's direction and in partnership with the school district.

Responsibilities include developing lessons aligned with curriculum, employing varied instructional methods, incorporating technology, assessing progress, and collaborating with staff to improve student achievement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
• Valid K-12 teaching certification preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, preferably in a K-12 setting.
• Strong understanding of child development and elementary education.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with students, parents and colleagues.
• Passion for teaching and fostering a love of learning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum and standards.
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment encouraging active learning.
• Use varied teaching methods to meet diverse student needs.
• Integrate technology and innovative tools to enhance learning.
• Other duties as assigned by Program Manager or School Administrator(s).
• Attend evening ILC meetings as required.
