Job summary

Meadow ISD is seeking a dedicated Instructional Aide to support teachers and students in K–12. You will assist with instructional activities, materials, and assessments while promoting a positive, structured learning environment.

The role emphasizes helping students with diverse needs, including those requiring special education support, in collaboration with certified staff. Training and ongoing guidance are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Texas educational aide certificate.
• Assist in meeting instructional, behavioral, and physical needs of students, including those with disabilities.
• Experience supporting students with special needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional and clerical support to teachers.
• Assist with instruction in reading, math, and other core subjects.
• Support implementation of district curriculum and HQIM.
• Assist with preparing instructional materials and assessments.
• Supervise students throughout the day and maintain a safe learning environment.
• Collaborate with teachers and campus staff and participate in staff development.
