Assessment Intervention Management (A.I.M.) is seeking a meticulous Paraprofessional to assist our evaluation team with student assessments in a school setting. You will prepare devices, monitor testing environments, and provide logistical support to ensure smooth sessions.

The role emphasizes organization, tech-savviness, and confidentiality, with duties spanning equipment setup, proctoring, and basic clerical tasks such as scheduling and data entry.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to troubleshoot basic tech issues.
• Prior experience in an educational or testing environment is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow directions, uphold confidentiality, and remain attentive in proctoring situations.

Responsibilities

• Technology Setup & Troubleshooting: Prepare laptops, tablets, and devices; set up testing platforms and ensure internet connectivity; troubleshoot minor issues during assessments.
• Proctoring & Environment Management: Maintain a quiet, distraction-free testing environment; monitor student behavior; keep testing materials secure and organized.
• Evaluator Support: Distribute and collect materials; document testing accommodations; provide note-taking, scheduling, and data entry support.
• Communication & Collaboration: Work under supervisor; promptly report issues; maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
