Alpha School in Washington, DC is seeking a Lead Youth Education Manager to coach Guides, lead engaging life-skills workshops, and help open new campuses. You will build high-performing teams, use data to drive performance, and maintain rigorous standards while inspiring others to achieve ambitious goals.

This on-site role offers relocation support and a chance to shape a bold K-12 model focused on mentorship and real-world skills for students aged 5–14.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, or related leadership.
• Experience leading teams of five or more people.
• Proven ability to use data to drive performance improvements.
• Willingness to relocate to U.S. campuses.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences while upholding Alpha's standards.
• Lead life-skills workshops developing communication, leadership, focus, and real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals in self-directed programs.
• Use data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and outcomes.
• Help launch and establish new Alpha campuses by building a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
