Uncommon Schools in Camden is seeking K-12 teachers for elementary, middle, and high school to join a high-performing network dedicated to closing the college completion gap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from college/university before employment begins.
• Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher by the time employment begins.
• Experience in urban public school or charter school setting preferred for experienced teachers.
• Master’s degree helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Implement curricula and activities to meet high academic standards.
• Analyze assessments and use data to differentiate instructional practices.
• Focus on student learning, critical thinking and strategic responses to learning needs.
• Create a positive, structured learning environment aligned with core values and code of conduct.
• Communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues.
• Commit to continual professional growth through annual staff orientation and ongoing training.
• Participate in grade-level activities and school-wide functions.
