Job summary

Pearson seeks a Districts Service Delivery Consultant to support teacher effectiveness and student success within District Partnerships. You will lead hiring, onboarding, and ongoing professional development for teachers, supervise educators, and collaborate with multiple internal teams to deliver high-quality services to partner schools.

Some travel may be required. The role emphasizes data-driven accountability, stakeholder relationships, and regulatory compliance to ensure successful district

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in related field.
• Master’s degree in a related field required.
• Valid teaching credential (any state).
• Experience in K-12 teaching (virtual teaching preferred).
• Experience supervising educators in an academic setting.
• Strong leadership qualities and accountability toward student outcomes.
• Ability to analyze and interpret performance data.
• Comfortable presenting to small and large groups.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Apps.
• Customer-focused with excellent written and oral communication.
• Creative problem-solver with adaptability.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with collaborative mindset.
• Some travel may be required.
