Aufgaben

• Assists with classroom activities, assignments, and instructional materials under the supervising teacher to reinforce objectives.
• Maintains instructional materials and records; performs clerical duties to ensure resource availability and mandated documentation.
• Monitors and supports students individually or in small groups with assignments, accommodations, and modifications to reinforce learning and progress.
• Assists with classroom management to support teachers in the instructional process.
• Participates in trainings, meetings, and in-service sessions to acquire and share information related to responsibilities.
• Reports incidents involving students to instructional or administrative staff to ensure safety.
• Responds to emergencies by addressing safety concerns and referring to appropriate personnel.
• Supports teachers and staff in implementing curriculum, strategies, and goals.
• Supervises students during non-classroom periods to maintain a safe learning environment.
