Job summary

Challenge Preparatory Charter School is seeking a Data, Information, and Assessment Systems Specialist to manage SIS, analyze student data, and connect educational data to instructional decisions across the network.

The role reports to the Secondary School Principal and Senior Director of Secondary Teaching and Learning, with a focus on governance of PowerSchool, LMS, and other educational platforms to support student achievement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven experience designing, deploying, and managing core information systems.
• Experience with student information systems and education data governance.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Student Information System (PowerSchool) and expand schoolwide usage.
• Collaborate with leadership to design, create, and implement assessments.
• Collect, sort, analyze, and present scholar data for action planning and reports.
