Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction or related field.
• Five+ years of K–12 teaching experience.
• Ability to explain complex curriculum concepts clearly to educators at varying levels.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience developing training materials and facilitating virtual and in-person learning.
• Proficiency with learning management systems, digital curriculum platforms, and educational technology tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead synchronous and asynchronous training sessions focused on curriculum implementation, instructional strategies, assessment, and student engagement.
• Model effective teaching practices including explicit instruction and differentiated instruction.
• Evaluate training effectiveness via feedback, observations, and student outcomes.
• Develop training materials, guides, presentations, and resources for consistent instructional practices.
• Ensure training materials reflect approved curricula, standards, and academic expectations.
• Support implementation of digital curricula and learning management systems.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen instructional delivery and student engagement.
• Collaborate with curriculum managers and campus leadership to align training across campuses.
