Job summary

WorldStrides is seeking a Curriculum & Academics Specialist to support K-12 students and teachers across programs. The role focuses on curriculum development, online instruction, and scheduling, with registrar duties and field material creation. Travel up to 50 days yearly is possible.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s in Education or Teaching, licensure, and 6–12th grade teaching experience, plus LMS experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required and teaching licensure.
• Experience delivering online instruction via an LMS.
• Strong curriculum development and planning skills.
• Proven customer service and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and revise curricula and educational resources.
• Grade online student coursework and conduct trainings.
• Support field trainings for educators and program staff.
• Coordinate content for internal and external customers.
• Travel domestically and internationally up to 50 days per year.
• Maintain and update the learning management system and course materials.
• Participate in accreditation reviews and team meetings.
