Job summary

LMC Corporation is seeking a Project Manager for K-12 construction under the SCUC ISD contract in Texas. The role focuses on managing multiple occupied-education projects while coordinating with district staff, contractors, and suppliers.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in K-12 or public-sector construction, exceptional communication, budgeting, and scheduling skills to ensure project success and district satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing K-12, municipal, or public-sector construction projects.
• OSHA 30 Certification.
• Proficiency with RS Means CostWorks or similar construction estimating platforms.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from planning through closeout.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day liaison with district representatives.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Conduct project meetings and provide regular status updates.
• Review estimates, change orders, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and safety standards.
• Monitor project quality, schedule, and financial performance.
• Produce weekly project progress reports and updates for district stakeholders.
