Job summary

TELACU Construction Management is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee a $55M K-12 construction project. The role requires 7+ years in K-12 DSA educational construction, managing budgets, schedules, bid documents, front-end work, district standards, and design specifications.

Responsibilities include directing design planning, conducting constructability reviews, managing project controls, and leading weekly meetings with district personnel to ensure on-time, on-budget

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or equivalent technical area.
• 7+ years of experience in the design and construction of K-12 school projects.
• Experience with DSA processes and approvals.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Project Director and district facilities personnel.
• Direct management of design planning and review for K-12 projects.
• Perform constructability reviews and reconcile budgets to plans.
• Lead weekly construction meetings and supervise project controls.
