Job summary

PROCEDEO is seeking a Program Director to oversee multiple K-12 construction programs in the DFW area. You will lead overall program strategy, oversee budgets and timelines, and serve as the primary client liaison to ensure successful project delivery.

The role requires 10+ years of leadership in program management within public or large-scale capital projects, with strong contract administration and team leadership capabilities. On-site responsibilities in the DFW area are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of leadership in program or project management.
• Experience with K-12 or large-scale capital programs.
• Strong contract administration and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience leading multi-phase design and construction programs.
• Degree in CM/Architecture/Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and accountability for successful program execution.
• Serve as primary client liaison and coordinate with Design and Construction Services and the Board of Education.
• Represent PROCEDEO in meetings, presentations and client communications.
• Oversee program team operations, staffing, and performance evaluations.
• Develop design-phase strategies and phasing plans with senior leadership.
• Direct design and construction phases in coordination with project leads.
