Job summary

PROCEDEO, a national Design/Construction Program Management company, seeks a Program Director to oversee a series of K-12 projects in the DFW area. This on-site role provides strategic leadership and day-to-day management of program services for our client, ensuring successful delivery, team performance, and contractual compliance.

The position requires a minimum of 10 years in program or project leadership within K-12 or large public sector projects, with strong communication and contract

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in program or project management within K-12 or large-scale capital environments.
• Strong contract administration, business operations, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to engage executive leadership and boards.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and accountability for successful program execution.
• Serve as primary client liaison with Design and Construction Services and Board of Education.
• Represent PROCEDEO in program meetings and communications with the client.
• Oversee program management team operations and ensure policy adherence.
• Lead design-phase strategies and coordinate with design and construction leads.
