Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing construction projects, preferably K-12 or institutional facilities.
• Proven track record with budgeting, scheduling, and contract management.
• Familiarity with school construction grant funding processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage lifecycle of K-12 construction projects from planning to handover.
• Develop scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Lead pre-construction meetings and coordinate with district staff.
• Oversee project teams: architects, engineers, contractors, and authorities.
