Job summary

Time To Teach is seeking experienced K-12 educators to deliver classroom management and student engagement training to teachers across the United States. This is a flexible, remote-friendly independent contractor role with no quotas and ready-to-deliver materials.

You will lead PD sessions, draw on decades of refinement since 1993, and reflect the three P's: personality, professionalism, and passion for educators you serve. Many trainers balance other full-time roles.

Qualifications

• Must be a current or retired K-12 teacher, instructional coach, administrator, principal, professor, counselor, or education consultant.
• Enjoy presenting, coaching, or leading adult learners.
• Hold a bachelor's degree or higher in education or a related field.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Preferable that you can fit around a full-time job.

Responsibilities

Time To Teach is growing our national team of trainers, and we are looking for experienced K-12 educators to deliver the classroom management and student engagement training we have been refining since 1993. More than 400,000 educators in all 50 states have been through this training, with content that traces its roots to the work of Dr. Madeline Hunter and Coach John Wooden at UCLA. The content is proven. The materials are done. What we need is the right person standing in front of the room.

This is flexible, remote-friendly independent contractor work built to fit around a full-time job, a family, or a retirement you are actually enjoying. No quotas. No curriculum to write. No business to build from scratch. You bring the classroom experience and the credibility. We bring everything else.

• Lead research-based professional development that teachers can use Monday morning, not someday

• Serve public, private, and charter schools nationwide, drawing on your own real-world experience

The Fine Print:
