Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania Principal PK-12 Certification.
• Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Curriculum, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of teaching experience.
• Deep knowledge of virtual learning pedagogy and online course design.
• Strong understanding of learning analytics and accessibility (UDL).

Responsibilities

• Direct K-12 curriculum vision, standards alignment, and development of a coherent K-12 progression.
• Oversee course design, structure, pacing, accessibility, usability, and online pedagogy.
• Lead professional learning, coaching, and PLCs focused on curriculum and instructional quality.
• Manage curriculum and instructional design vendors and partnerships.
• Oversee BVA assessment strategy and accreditation processes.
