Job description

Thanks for your interest in Success Academy! Running a large, fast-growing, and high-performing network of public charter schools takes a village - families, children, teachers, staff and faculty, advocates, and supporters alike. We are growing fast in New York and expanding to Florida, and we would love to welcome you to our community! We work tirelessly every day to ensure children have access to a fun, rigorous, whole-child education regardless of zip code or economic status. When you join SA, you play a part in giving every student who walks through our doors a fair shot at reaching his or her potential.

The K-12 Arts Program Associate is a Network-based role that manages the Scholar Talent team's needs related to executing functional tasks and workstreams. This includes collaborating with other teams and managing information across all relevant systems. This role is managed by the Lead of Scholar Talent.

Responsibilities
  • Logistics & Event Management: Streamline event and training logistics by utilizing automated scheduling and management tools to oversee space reservations and permitting.
  • Data & Rostering Services: Collaborate with the Rostering Services team to ensure accurate K–12 rostering and use data management systems to maintain precise elective, club, and transcript information.
  • Procurement Operations: Enhance procurement operations by leveraging AI-driven workflows to streamline the acquisition of goods and services.
  • Travel Coordination: Coordinate travel and logistical support for multi‑day, out-of‑area events using digital tools to optimize resource allocation and planning.
  • Process Optimization: Identify operational bottlenecks through data analysis and implement tech‑based improvements to reduce school‑based workstreams, ensuring alignment with Scholar Talent 2.0 strategic goals.
  • Special Projects: Execute special project assignments designated by the Executive, Growth & Scholar Talent or the Scholar Talent Leadership Team to advance operational efficiency and programmatic scaling.
In this role, you will
  • Support the implementation of our 3–5 year strategic plan by leveraging AI‑driven tools to automate scheduling, data management, and procurement workflows.
  • Commit to interdisciplinary collaborations across multiple teams through the appropriate organization channels.
  • Operate seamlessly in a fast‑paced environment and drive results independently.
  • Track and manage multiple forms of operational data across several Scholar Talent content areas to identify bottlenecks and implement tech‑based solutions.
  • Secure space reservations and permits required for Scholar Talent events.
  • Manage the calendar of the Executive, Growth & Scholar Talent, including coordinating external appointments.
  • Perform general administrative duties including purchasing, receipts processing, travel booking, and expense reimbursement for the Executive, Growth & Scholar Talent.
  • Prepare materials for a range of internal All‑Staff meetings.
  • Communicate openly, clearly, and urgently about all tasks, including proactive roadblock escalation.

We are looking for a highly skilled, tech‑forward Scholar Talent Associate to join our team and help us execute our strategic vision. You will play a critical role in "AI‑ifying" our operations and driving the efficiency necessary to realize our world‑class programming goals.

We Invite You to Apply If You
  • Are Tech‑Forward: Demonstrate a clear interest or experience in applying AI, process automation, and new technologies to solve complex operational and logistical challenges.
  • Are an Experienced System‑Builder: Have a proven track record of improving operational systems, showing an aptitude for rigorous, data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Possess Strong Project Management Skills: Have strong organizational and time‑management habits, with the ability to balance immediate team needs with long‑term strategic goals.
  • Are a Stellar Communicator: Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to exercise discretion and judgment when handling highly sensitive and confidential information.
  • Are Highly Adaptable: Thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced work environment, pay meticulous attention to detail, and successfully navigate interpersonal or cross‑functional challenges.
  • Have a Passion for the Arts/Athletics: Value educational excellence and bring relevant collaborative or leadership experiences (e.g., playing on an athletics team, performing in an orchestra, or serving as a technical director for a theatrical institute or company).
  • Embody our ETHOS: Excel in Teamwork, Humor, and Ownership, keeping our Scholars top of mind in every outcome.
  • Technical Footprint: Are highly proficient with G‑Suite products (Docs, Sheets, Forms), Zoom functionality, and advanced data management systems.
  • Note: A 2‑year or 4‑year degree is a plus, but it is not mandatory.

Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience. Compensation Range $66,300—$66,300 USD.
