Job summary

PASCO SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 1 seeks an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Tutor for Booth Building in Pasco, Washington. The role supports students with disabilities, follows supervisory guidance, and participates in parent training and home visits as scheduled.

The position offers 6.75 hours per day, Monday through Friday, 180-day calendar, and salary steps based on AA or BA degrees. Open until filled with fingerprint screening required.

Qualifications

• AA degree is required.
• BA degree preferred but not required.
• RBT certification or willingness to complete the training.
• Experience with students with disabilities preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• ABA-related training recommended.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service and responsiveness.
• Communicate clearly with staff, students and patrons.
• Follow supervisory directions and employ personal initiative when necessary.
• Work within designated bounds of authority and confidentiality.
• Participate in parent training and home visits as scheduled.
• Assist other personnel as may be required to support them with the completion of their work activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the position.
