• Adjust daily schedule to support student learning as directed.
• Demonstrate cooperation, courtesy, and willingness to improve conditions for staff, parents, and students.
• Attend work regularly, dress appropriately, maintain confidentiality, and perform tasks with integrity.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the building principal and/or teacher.

Performance Responsibilities

• Provide academic support and implement interventions for small groups of students, undertake direct supervision of the classroom teacher.
• Assist teacher with supervision of students.
• Assists with monitoring students during arrival and dismissal, recess, lunch, and otherwise as needed.
• Assists with the individual needs of students under the direction of the teacher and/or principal.
• Adjusts daily schedule in the best interest of students as communicated by the teacher and/or principal.
• Demonstrates cooperation, courtesy and willingness to improve conditions and situations involving staff, parents and students.
• Attends work regularly, dresses appropriately, is conscious of responsibilities, maintains confidentiality, and conducts tasks with integrity.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the building principal and/or teacher.

Compensation: Based on Plano CUSD 88's Collective Bargaining Agreement.
