Job summary

AgileATS, LLC. seeks a contractor to oversee JWICS operations across Wing and SCIFs on site, leading C4I efforts and performing hands-on maintenance of JWICS systems.

You will install, configure, and sustain JWICS-related computers, servers, and software while managing security operations and after-hours support as needed. Collaboration with AF units and SOC is essential to maintain domain integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience with JWICS operations and SCIF environments.
• Ability to conduct security testing and contingency planning.
• Familiarity with patch management and system hardening.

Responsibilities

• Oversee JWICS operations across Wing and SCIFs on site.
• Lead site-wide JWICS C4I efforts and maintain domain integrity.
• Install, configure, and sustain JWICS-related computers, servers, software, and hardware.
• Manage account provisioning, storage, authentication, and group policies.
• Coordinate with users and AF units to resolve network issues and maintain security compliance.
• Provide after-hours on-call support and weekend coverage as needed.
• Support SOC investigations of malware and unauthorized software.
• Develop SSO documents and admin materials for USAF and agencies.
