Job summary

Wayland Union Schools seeks a seasonal WUEA Schedule B coach to lead athletic development and represent the district with integrity. The role prioritizes coaching excellence and a strong safety mindset.

Responsibilities include supporting the head coach, instructing the team for competition, and communicating with parents, staff, and students while upholding sportsmanship. CPR certification is required and wrestling coaching experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required.

• Ability to enhance player skill development.
• Ability to enforce discipline and sportsmanlike behavior.
• Represent Wayland Union District positively with opponents, officials, players, parents and spectators.

Qualifications

• Prefer successful wrestling coaching experience
• CPR Certification is required
• Must possess the knowledge and ability to enhance player skill development.
• Ability to enforce discipline and sportsman like behavior at all times and oversee penalties for breach of such standards by individual students
• Must possess the ability to represent the Wayland Union District in a positive manner when dealing with opponents, officials, players, parents and spectators
