Qualifications

• Previous successful coaching in softball at school level.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize athletics as a supplemental program to support the academic mission.
• Instruct athletes in fundamentals, sportsmanship, strategy, and conditioning.
• Assist in scheduling intramural and interscholastic contests.
• Plan and schedule regular in-season practice.
• Maintain attendance and safety documentation.
• Ensure adherence to conduct standards and penalties for student athletes.
