Qualifications

• Previous successful coaching experience.
• Knowledge and/or background in softball.
• Teaching certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize athletics as a supplemental program to support the academic mission.
• Instruct athletes in fundamentals, sportsmanship, strategy and physical conditioning.
• Assist in scheduling intramural and interscholastic contests.
• Assist in planning regular in-season practices.
• Maintain attendance forms, insurance records, and other related documents.
• Enforce code of conduct and eligibility standards for student athletes.
• Recommend equipment purchases as appropriate.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by athletic leadership.
