Job summary

Cedar Springs Public Schools is seeking a qualified candidate for the vacant JV Girls' Softball coaching position in Cedar Springs, Michigan. The coach will report to the Athletic Director and work within the district guidelines to develop a competitive JV program.

Qualifications include 18+ years old with a high school diploma, coaching or playing experience at high school/college level, and CPR certification or willingness to obtain. Rate of pay is per negotiated agreement with CSEA.

• Coaches the JV Girls' Softball team in accordance with district policies.
• Reports to Athletic Director.
• Develops and implements safe, competitive practice plans.
• Fosters sportsmanship and positive conduct during events.
• Communicates effectively with staff, parents and the community.
