Qualifications

A minimum of 1 year coaching or interscholastic athletic experience.
Knowledge of OSAA, NFHS rules and regulations.
Ability to motivate and develop athletes and teams.
Able to lift at least 25 pounds and work long hours.
Must be at least 22 years old.
Background check compliance required.

Responsibilities

Assist in planning and implementing program policies and procedures.
Provide leadership for the JV program and supervise teams.
Collaborate with school staff, families, and the community.
Ensure compliance with district, OSAA, NFHS rules and regulations.
Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and FERPA.
