Qualifications

• Coaching and/or management experience.
• Knowledge and experience in the chosen sport.
• Documentation of a clear record as determined by a current BCI/FBI background check
• Valid Pupil Activity Permit or ability to receive one, and completion of required certifications.
• Fundamentals of Coaching, Concussion in Sports, CPR, First Aid, Sudden Cardiac Arrest, Student Mental Health and Suicide Prevention

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance, training and encouragement to the team and individual athletes to set and reach academic and athletic goals.
• Conduct a high quality, organized high school athletic program.
• Maintain professionalism and exhibit effective communication skills with athletes, parents and fans.
• Work cooperatively with faculty and staff.
• Display high standards of ethics, integrity and honesty.
