Qualifications

• Demonstrates knowledge of fundamental and advanced skills for the sport.
• Demonstrates ability to teach, enforce and model appropriate behavior and values to student athletes.
• Requires sport experience and preferred youth coaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand that academics are a priority for student-athletes.
• Monitor academic performance of student-athletes.
• Develop team rules and communicate expectations with team and parents.
• Provide schedules for practices, tournaments and games; communicate changes promptly.
• Be punctual and prepared for practices and games.
• Maintain CPR/First Aid certificates and TB clearance.
• Encourage student-athletes to perform their best.
