Qualifications

• Demonstrates knowledge of fundamental and advanced coaching techniques.
• Ability to teach and model behavior and educational values to student athletes.
• Follows NFHS and CIF Coaches Code of Conduct.
• Sport experience and youth experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize academics for student-athletes.
• Monitor student-athletes' academic performance.
• Establish team rules and communicate with team and parents.
• Plan practices, schedules, tournaments, and games.
• Communicate schedule changes promptly.
• Maintain CPR/First Aid certifications and TB clearance.
• Foster a positive team environment and fair playing time.
