• Knowledge of development and maintenance of an interscholastic sports program.
• Ability to provide teaching and instruction in athletic skill development.
• Ability to analyze and assess interscholastic sports program needs.
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and coordinate the school site interscholastic sports program.
• Recruit, mentor, train, and supervise coaching staff with administrators.
• Supervise students during practice, games, tournaments, and team travel.
• Arrange for team games, schedules, tournaments, and transportation.
• Ensure student-athletes are academically eligible for interscholastic sports.
• Maintain a MYTVT Team Page and report results to media outlets.
