• Coach participants to develop sport-specific skills and sportsmanship.
• Maintain team lists, injury reports, scores, statistics, and reports.
• Be available year-round for guidance on academics and college entrance.
• Ensure athlete academic eligibility and safety of facilities.
• Supervise practices, contests, weight room, and transportation logistics.
• Attend department and association meetings; communicate with staff and stakeholders.
