Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (preferred).
• 1–2 years of coaching experience at the high school or collegiate level (preferred).
• CPR certification (American Red Cross).
• Valid driver's license and ability to transport student athletes.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with diverse groups and ability to handle conflicts.
• Ability to act professionally and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the JV Baseball program under the Head Varsity Baseball Coach.
• Ensure Branson and League policies and regulations are followed.
• Plan and organize practices and game schedules with the Athletic Department.
• Maintain a safe environment for student athletes at all times.
• Develop training programs and practice schedules.
• Communicate regularly with team parents about operations.
• Supervise athletes at home and away games and ensure appropriate behavior.
• Maintain records and complete Paycom timecards on time.
• Manage equipment, uniforms, inventory, and purchases with approval.
• Attend practices and games punctually and maintain required certifications.
