Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• ASEP, CHSAA, and NFHS Coaching Fundamentals certifications preferred or required.
• Experience coaching high school athletes is desirable.
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop student-athletes and supervise program operations.
• Plan and conduct practice sessions and game-day preparations.
• Maintain equipment inventory and coordinate with athletic staff.
• Communicate regularly with the Athletic Director and head coach.
• Uphold district policies and CHSAA/NFHS safety guidelines.
