Qualifications

• Experience coaching high school athletics preferred.
• Commitment to equity and inclusive practices.
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff.
• Knowledge of eligibility, tryout, and lettering processes.

Responsibilities

• Hold high ethical and professional standards.
• Be a role model for student-athletes.
• Maintain accountability academically and behaviorally across the program.
• Develop, articulate, and implement a vision for the program.
• Collaborate within a school-wide athletic program and with staff.
• Lead or contribute to fundraising efforts for the program.
• Schedule planning in coordination with the Athletic Director.
• Be accessible and present to athletes at all levels.
• Other duties as assigned by the Athletic Director.
