Qualifications

• Demonstrate knowledge of fundamental and advanced badminton skills and techniques.
• Teach and model appropriate behavior, sportsmanship and educational values for student-athletes.
• Follow NFHS and CIF Coaches Codes of Conduct.
• Prior badminton coaching experience; youth coaching preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand that academics are priority.
• Be alert to student-athletes' academic performance.
• Develop team rules and communicate with team and parents.
• Provide schedules for practices, tournaments and games.
• Maintain CPR/First Aid certificates and TB clearance.
