Qualifications

• Ability to teach and model sportsmanship and educational values for student‑athletes.
• Follow NFHS and CIF Coaches Code of Conduct.
• Prior coaching experience; youth experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand academics are a priority for student‑athletes.
• Develop team rules and communicate them to students and parents.
• Provide training schedules for practices, tournaments, and games.
• Maintain CPR/First Aid certificates and TB clearance.
• Communicate season schedule changes promptly.
• Ensure timely parent communications regarding injuries and policies.
• Adhere to CIF Dead Periods and district rules.
