Qualifications

• Three years of experience in corrections or law enforcement; OR
• Three years of continuous active military duty; OR
• Six years of full-time experience in any field; OR

Responsibilities

• Coordinate supervision, services, and community resources for adjudicated and at-risk youth across a multi-parish region.
• Conduct risk and needs assessments (including SAVRY) to guide supervision levels and intervention strategies.
• Maintain ongoing contact with youth, families, and providers to monitor progress and update ISPs.
• Serve as secondary case manager for youth in secure care, ensuring continuity of services and successful transitions.
• Prepare and submit ISPs, social histories, supplemental studies, and Pre-Dispositional Investigations.
• Facilitate placements by scheduling evaluations and coordinating with residential/community programs.
• Participate in case reviews, court proceedings, and interagency coordination; provide testimony and monitor compliance.
• Maintain accurate case records and data systems; respond to emergencies and mentor junior staff.
