Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Two years of experience in public or business administration.

Responsibilities

• Has overall managerial responsibility for program services in the daily operations of a DJJ group home or day treatment facility.
• Provides overall managerial responsibility for the daily supervision of assigned staff; recommends personnel actions.
• Ensures compliance with ACA and SOP; monitors progress of juveniles; coordinates with attorneys, parents and staff.
• Prepares budget recommendations and staffing plans; on-call 24/7 to respond to emergencies.
• May be required to restrain youths and pass a physical examination.
