Responsibilities

Supervises and coordinates work of employees or inmates.
Performs custodial security functions.
Monitors and assists in youth interpersonal skill development.
Supervises correctional officers; completes evaluations and time/attendance.
Maintains shift logs and notifies supervisors of issues; handles incident reports.
Provides support services for maintenance; ensures safety of juveniles on premises; attends meetings and trainings.
Assists in group counseling sessions and assignments.
Transports juveniles to off-campus activities.
Must be able to exert physical effort for restraint when needed.
May perform other physical tasks related to youth programs.
