Job summary

State of Oklahoma seeks a Juvenile Justice Specialist I/II to deliver clinical social work, case management, and counseling for youth in custody or on probation. The role includes intake interviews, treatment planning, health screenings and coordination with courts and service providers.

Responsibilities span reports, potential testimony, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure appropriate placement and services. Travel and on-call duties are required as part of this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science required for Level I/II.
• Master’s degree in behavioral science or JD for Level II.
• Professional experience in juvenile justice, social work or related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry a differentiated caseload in juvenile justice and provide services to youths in custody or on probation.
• Conduct intake interviews and develop treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group counseling and coordinate placement and services.
